Hi Everyone,

This Saturday our 1st Round of Pool Rescue kicks off. The Competition will start at 1pm with our U9/U10 to U13 Nippers.

If kids could arrive by 12:40pm so that we can have a quick warm up. Kids will need:
- Bathers (preferably NC bathers but not mandatory)
- NC Bathing Cap (I will bring spares for those who don’t yet have one)
- Flippers
- Goggles
- warm towel x 2 / swim jacket (if you have one)
- warm clothes to change into after it concludes.

Kids should be finished by 3pm and then our senior competitors will kick off.
