Hi All,

A reminder that we are running pool rescue training from 2pm to 3pm tomorrow at HBF stadium in the outdoor pool. All are welcome from U10 to masters.

I will be bringing the equipment and hope to see a good turnout! Bring flippers, goggles, towel and bathing cap.

We have our North Cott competitors who made the state team last year coming down to get us all pool rescue ready.

Please note that North Cott will pay lane hire but all swimmers need to pay their own entry.
